Rob believes ensuring end-user adoption throughout a project is the cornerstone to a successful delivery. He brings this philosophy to bear when managing projects, no matter the process or solution.
Rob has over 20 years of consulting and project management experience across a wide variety of retail clients. Rob has managed or led several successful, multi-year retail transformation projects for several brands, including a major domestic office supply store, an international department / general merchandise store, an international manufactured flooring company, and a leading Canadian grocer. Rob has worked with leading software offerings in the areas of merchandise financial planning, product lifecycle management, order management, supply chain, logistics, and point of sale. He is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a major in Business Administration / Management. Rob lives near Atlanta with his husband and two beagles, and he enjoys playing poker, traveling, and collecting Star Trek memorabilia.
