Kathi Toll

Kathi absolutely loves the challenge of learning and strengthening her skills—undeniably amplifying her ability to lead retailers through large and small transformational changes.

With over 30 years of experience in product and service firms, Kathi navigates intricate organizations—from Fortune 500s to mid-size firms—and effectively collaborates with retailers and brands on designing and implementing transformational business initiatives. With notable positions in retail spanning sales, learning and development, and change leadership, Kathi specializes in change management, education design and delivery, and project management. Her client list includes many of the world’s leading brands and retailers. She holds a B.Ph. in Communication Studies and a M.S in Communication and Leadership from Northwestern. Kathi also has certifications from the Prosci Change Management program and the Kellogg School of Management. She lives in Chicago, where she has served as co-chair of the Small Business Advocacy Council (SBAC) Women’s Leadership Group and on the board of directors of the Professional Women's Club of Chicago. Outside of consulting and nurturing her insatiable appetite to learn, Kathi stays busy hoisting kettle bells, cycling, and wine tasting.
