Josh Pollack

Not a fish out of water—Josh enjoys the challenge of managing diverse teams to successfully execute against work plans and deliverables.

Josh has more than 20 years of retail leadership experience with multiple major retail brands, where he held several executive level positions. Josh leads Parker Avery’s pricing practice and specializes in leading clients through strategy development, process design, organizational design, package selection, and system implementations. He is an accomplished public speaker and has presented at a variety of events hosted by the likes of The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania; RIS News; Revionics; and the Institute for Business Forecasting. Josh has also authored and contributed to a variety of publications focused on promotions, pricing, assortment planning, and change management in media outlets including Apparel Magazine, NPR Marketplace, RIS News, STORES magazine, and others. He holds a B.S. degree from Northwestern University and an MBA from The Wharton School, The University of Pennsylvania. Originally from Highland Park, New Jersey, Josh now lives in the Columbus, Ohio area, where he enjoys time with his kids scuba diving, mountain biking, and skiing. He also contributes his skills by volunteering and serving on boards of directors for organizations such as the Tricycle Theatre for Youth in Bentonville, AR; Northwest Arkansas Children's Shelter, Bentonville, AR; and Columbus Children’s Theatre.
