As a consultant, and as a cycling enthusiast, Rob is very conscious about changes in the environment—anticipating and overcoming obstacles to stay on course is a key tenet he brings to his client projects.

Rob has 30 years of experience both within the retail industry and as a consultant. He has held director-level positions with major big box retailers in the areas of store operations, field management, and process innovation. Rob focuses on assisting retailers achieve improved performance through operational improvement and business process transformation enabled by information technology. Rob has authored and co-authored several publications in the areas of inventory management and store operations, and has been quoted in several retail news outlets, including Apparel Magazine, DMN, and industry blogs. He has presented at retail conferences hosted by RIS News and RCVF, focusing on inventory management topics. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Information & Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and he has served as Assistant Director for the American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) Region 630 and as a board member of the Orange Coast Radio Control Club. After growing up on the east coast, Rob and his family now live in Orange County California—which he asserts is worth the premium—and where he enjoys mountain and road cycling, building and flying radio control airplanes, and homebrewing craft beer—when he can find the time.
