Kathi absolutely loves the challenge of learning and strengthening her skills—undeniably amplifying her ability to design and educate retailers during large and small transformational changes.

With over 30 years of experience in product and service firms, Kathi navigates intricate organizations—from Fortune 500s to mid-size firms—and effectively collaborates with retailers and brands on designing and implementing transformational business initiatives. With notable positions within the retail industry spanning sales, store operations, and training, Kathi specializes in change management, education design and delivery, and project management, and she specializes in the luxury beauty and retail field with a client list that includes many of the world’s leading beauty brands and retailers. She holds a B. Ph. in Communication Studies from Northwestern University and is currently enrolled in Northwestern’s Communication and Leadership Master’s program; Kathi also has certifications from the Prosci Change Management program and the Kellogg School of Management. She lives in Chicago, where she has served as co-chair of the Small Business Advocacy Council (SBAC) Women’s Leadership Group and on the board of directors of the Professional Women's Club of Chicago. Outside of consulting and nurturing her insatiable appetite to learn, Kathi stays busy hoisting kettle bells, cycling, and wine tasting.
