Anne is a business process focused retail expert with over 35 years of experience in retail planning and merchandising. She specializes in process and strategy work for omnichannel retailers, and her combination of consulting across a myriad of different retail segments—including apparel, grocery, home furnishings, specialty, and value—provide her with a unique and in-depth perspective on leading industry practices and challenges. Anne enjoys the challenge of helping retailers transform their businesses with a keen focus on process design, software assessment, organizational alignment, change management, and training development & delivery. She holds a degree in textiles from the University of California, Davis, and currently lives in Davis, CA (known as the "Bicycle Capital of America") with her husband, son, and dachshund. When Anne’s not on her bike, she spends time supporting her son’s football and lacrosse teams, training her dachshund to run in the Doxie Derby, remodeling her house, camping in their Airstream, and/or trying to catch up on sleep.
